This program was designed by the Stanford Prevention Research Center of the Stanford University School of Medicine. It is designed to help you start from your current level of fitness and incorporate physical activity into your life, one step at a time.
The 28-page booklet will help you set stepping goals, identify barriers and strategies for overcoming those barriers, identify a support network an deal with setbacks.
